These Terms govern your use of solarasociety.com, the website of Solara Society LLC (“Solara,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the website, you agree to them. Services for members are governed by a separate written member agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the member agreement controls.

2. Private inquiries and membership
An inquiry begins a private conversation. It is not an offer, and it does not create a membership or a contract. Membership is limited and offered by invitation or referral, at Solara’s sole discretion. Membership is currently available to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old.
3. Independent suppliers
Solara arranges services delivered by independent third parties, including air carriers, yacht operators, hotels, villas, restaurants, event venues and wellness practitioners. These suppliers are not Solara’s employees or agents. Each supplier’s own terms govern its services, including cancellation and refund terms. Solara selects suppliers with care but is not responsible for their acts, omissions or failures to perform.
4. Air charter disclosure
Solara Society LLC acts as an air charter broker. It is not a direct air carrier and does not have operational control of any aircraft. All flights are operated by properly licensed direct air carriers certified under FAA Part 135 or Part 121, or by appropriately licensed foreign air carriers. Operational control remains solely with the operating carrier. Before you book, the charter agreement identifies the operating carrier and gives the other disclosures federal rules require, including Solara’s role and its liability insurance.

Solara Society LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST46269.
6. Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, Solara may text you about your inquiry, arrangements and invitations. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of membership or attendance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile numbers.
7. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, photography, design, the Solara name and logos, belongs to Solara or its licensors. You may view it for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, availability or security. Descriptions of experiences are illustrative, and specific arrangements depend on availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Solara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website. For any claim relating to the website, Solara’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid Solara in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if none.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Solara against claims arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.
11. Disputes
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion, and then through mediation. Any dispute that remains will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, held in Orange County, Florida, under the Federal Arbitration Act. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Claims may be brought only individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with any member agreement, are the entire agreement about the website. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.

Air Charter Broker Disclosure
Solara Society LLC is an independent air charter brokerage and concierge services company. We do not own, operate, maintain, or manage aircraft and are not a direct air carrier. All air transportation services are arranged through properly licensed third-party air carriers certified under applicable FAA Federal Aviation Regulations Part 135 or Part 121, or appropriately licensed foreign air carriers. Operational control of all flights remains solely with the selected operating carrier. The identity of the operating carrier will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
