All air transportation services are arranged through properly licensed third-party air carriers certified under applicable FAA Federal Aviation Regulations Part 135 or Part 121, or appropriately licensed foreign air carriers. Operational control of all flights remains solely with the selected operating carrier. The identity of the operating carrier will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
